Online Training – Level 2
For those of you that are looking for a more customized program, whether that’s due to injury considerations or a specific goal that you’re training toward, this would be the ideal option for you.
These programs are set for 5 weeks to give you a chance to familiarize yourself with the exercises and program and, also provide you with an ‘unload’ week.
You will also speak directly with a programmer to discuss your goals, training history and any other relevant information prior to the creation of your program.
If you have any issues with the program or if any adjustments need to be made, you can also let the programmer know during the follow-up.
