Strength Training

When you train with me, we train for proper movement first, then strength. My workouts aren’t a boot camp and my goal isn’t to make you feel like you’re going to puke or to burn as many calories as possible. I actually want you to learn how to train properly and discover what you're capable of achieving, regardless of where you're currently at or your age. Be in the best shape that you can be right now, not compared to when you were younger or before work and family took over. 

Group Training

Semi-private training and group classes are great options, both financially and socially, as they start from $20 per class and allow you to train together with friends! You don’t get the same undivided individual attention that you would during a private session but, the workouts are still run with a systematic and planned approach. Train with a friend in a semi-private session or sweat together with up to 20 others in a group class and keep a few extra dollars in your pocket.

Online Training

Don’t have any problems getting to the gym on a regular basis? Find yourself not knowing what to do when you get there, or simply being bored with the same routine? If so, then an online program is the solution for you as I’ll work with you in creating your customized program based on your goals and schedule. You will have complete online access to your program so that you can follow along and even track your reps and weights during your workouts. Learn more.
